What We’re Doing

Our Bedford Procedures

All initial consultations have been switched from in-person meetings to telephone conferences or Zoom video meetings. We ask that all clients complete their Estate Planning Questionnaire and return it to us before the virtual consultation so that we have the information necessary to properly advise our clients. To download a copy of the Estate Planning Questionnaire, click here.

For our in-office Estate Planning document signings we are paying particular attention to cleaning all “touch points” throughout the day, in addition to our regular cleaning of the building. This includes every table, door handle, chair arm, and any other surfaces frequently touched. We are also maintaining social distancing during signings as well as wearing masks and gloves for those who request them. We are committed to providing a safe, sanitary environment for our clients.

What You Can Do

Schedule Curbside Signing
In a new procedure, clients who are especially concerned with minimizing social contact can complete the signing ceremony and finalize their documents all while remaining in their vehicle. Our notary and witnesses, gloved and masked, will stand outside the vehicle to guide our clients through the signing process. This process ensures the highest safety for our clients by reducing contact while still allowing them to execute vital documents. Please call us today if you would like to switch your in-office signing to a curbside signing.
